Operation Christmas Joy is a program in which our local churches donate gifts or money to assist our pastoral families (active or retired) who may be facing financial limitations during the holiday season. It is an opportunity for individuals and churches to share the blessings God has sent their way. Each year WPA District Churches provide gifts for over 100 pastors, evangelists and retired workers during the holiday season. Many of the recipients share with us that the gifts are an answer to prayer.
Once again the WPA District of The Christian and Missionary Alliance extends a special invitation to you to be a part of Operation Christmas Joy 2009. Be a sponsor in the program and spread a little joy this year. You are given the opportunity to buy gifts for a special family or, if you prefer, a monetary gift is also welcome.
