Nica Buchmann

Veronica (Nica) Buchmann, 10 year old granddaughter of John and BJ Buchmann of Blairsville Alliance, finished cancer treatments a year ago and scans revealed she was cancer free. Unfortunately she was recently admitted to the hospital and they found a new mass in the back of her skull. She had surgery on January 23 for biopsies. The mass is pressed against the main blood vessel of the brain. She is in good spirits despite all that she's been through. They have been treating for side effects and God has answered prayer and so far sores in her mouth are the only side effects. These are not great but miles ahead of last time. She came home February 3. Treatments will be M-F with a break on the weekends. The goal is to do this out patient so prayers for safe travels would also be appreciated.
