What is LAUNCH?
Launch is more than just a weekend experience. It is a 2-year discipleship training initiative to equip leaders to move from only implementing discipleship programs to developing a culture of discipleship within their ministry. Leaders are equipped to understand what it means to be a disciple and to make disciples in their own context. You’ll be empowered to create structures within your ministry to facilitate a discipleship movement.

Over a 2-year time period there will host 4 Launch Immersions (two-day training, community, and worship events). In between immersions, coaching will help you implement what God is calling you to do as you multiply. You might feel called to multiply small groups, coaching, huddles, missional communities, ministries, trainings, worship services, house churches, church plants, missional outposts, or any other structure. You will leave with tools that are easy to reproduce in the lives of your own leaders.
