About The Launch Immersion Experience

During the Launch weekend, you’ll experience teaching and breakout sessions on missional strategies and tools, generous times in worship and prayer as we hear God’s call to follow Him in mission, and some included meals.   

More than just a weekend experience, Launch is a 2-year discipleship training initiative to equip leaders to move from only implementing discipleship programs to developing a culture of discipleship within their ministry. We equip leaders to understand what it means to be a disciple and to make disciples in their own context.  You’ll be empowered to create structures within your ministry to facilitate a discipleship movement.  This may look different for each ministry setting and unique context.

Over a 2-year time period we will host 4 Launch Immersions (two-day training, community, and worship events).  In between immersions, our coaching will help you implement what God is calling you to do as you multiply.  You might feel called to multiply small groups, coaching, huddles, missional communities, ministries, trainings, worship services, house churches, church plants, missional outposts, or any other structure.  We just want to help you as you hear God and do what He’s saying.  We will leave you with tools that are easy to reproduce in the lives of your own leaders.

In between weekend immersions, you’ll have the opportunity to participate in periodic coaching sessions to flesh out how these tools can be implemented in the spaces where you serve and lead.  As you interact with coaches and other missional leaders, you’ll be inspired to take risks in following Jesus on mission.
